HOW COULD THE NEW FUTURE BE IN TERMS OF FASHION?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n[\/mk_fancy_title][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1616407862949{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]This is the question that Tuscania team asked in order to study and develop the new collection PE 22.

1. SUSTAINIBILITY<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n[\/mk_fancy_title][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1616423173054{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]What is sustainibility?<\/strong>
\nFirst of all we think that Sustainibility is a RESPONSABILITY<\/strong>.
\nAll of us needs to be responsible in order to guarantee a better future to next generation. We think that big aim starts always from small domestic actions. Each of us needs to enter in a sustainable attitude and behaviour and consider it as an act of responsibility. Reducing plastic consumption, trying not to waste water or switching off home lights could help the world health but it is necessary also to take care of what we buy and to the supply chain of that what we buy.<\/p>\n

Leather production is a sustainable work because the leather skin is a food waste but our responsibility is to pay attention on each production process in order to have a more sustainable product. Tuscania put attention to the drum and finishing process and try to eliminate the Chrome and all tanning metal from production.
\nThe Zeus collection (Goat collection)<\/strong> had been developed in a metal free tannage since many season but from this collection we wanted to develop this project in the half calves collection as well. We start from BASIC<\/strong> finishing because when we have to re write the future we always need to start from the basic. For this reason we developed the CLASSIC<\/strong> item in a METAL FREE<\/strong> and CHROME FREE<\/strong> TANNAGE<\/strong>.
\nThe specific weight shall be light. We developed this metal free collection in a bright yellow color.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row equal_columns=”true”][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_empty_space height=”40px”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1616606914261{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]Metal Free and Chrome free<\/strong> items can\u2019t be very shiny because the absence of Chrome don\u2019t allow high temperature.
\nFor this reason, the shiny level is more natural.
\nMetal-free tanned items will have a less consistent structure than traditional items.
\nFor this reason it is advisable to choose free metal tanning only for more structured items and not for soft ones.
\nA new special hand stained finishing called NAPPA RAIN<\/strong>\u00a0 or many different effect can be developed in every embossing plate..

All new finishing can be developed in the standard Chrome tannage that gives the leather more consistent structure without grain lost.
\nQuality is the highest value because the accessories must last over time. So, special finishing that gives the brilliant, very shiny and also pearlized effect. As told before shiny effect can easily be realized in the standard Chrome tannage. Shiny is also patent effect. Soft patent embossing is the new luxory.
